My Family Tree

One man left California in 1930 and came to Ketchikan Alaska.

One woman left Washington State in 1929 and went to teach in Craig, Alaska.

One Norwegian man moved to Alaska in 1929.

The Norwegian man invited his nephew to come to Alaska.

One girl was born to the man from California and the woman from Washington.

The girl married the nephew from Norway.

I am now here.

Funny, how things work out. If the man had never left California, the woman had never left Washington, if the Norwegian man and the nephew had never left Norway then I would not be here.

Our choices do make a difference!
